NOTES

10 -- 25 = 10 -- 25% concentration of Wax-- High gloss high-speed buffable Acrylic emulsion polish. Offers long lasting, non-slip shine. Water resistant scuff mark resistant and non-yellowing. May be buffed or maintained with a mild neutral cleaner. # 212 & # 214 are good to patch and re-coat # 216 # 218 and # 220 are the standards for finishing freshly sealed or stripped floors. Use 25% for one time application.  Use item ready to use for initial application, or for patching, dilute 1 - 2 parts of water.

 

DESCRIPTION

A high solids premium floor finish.  This finish can be high speed burnished for even higher gloss and durability.  This unique formula is designed with special ingredients to make soft yet durable finish.  New generation formulation offers super high gloss and high speed buffable finish.  The quality high solids of this formula make it very economical to use on all floors including vinyl,, asbestos, concrete and perelli tile.

 

INITIAL APPLICATION

  1. Always apply to a thoroughly cleaned floor.  Scrub heavily soiled areas.  Pick up dirty solution, rinse, and allow to dry.

  2. Apply one thin coat with a clean, long string mop or applicator.  Allow 20 minutes to dry.  When using for the first time, a second thin coat is recommended for maximum protection.

  3. Dries to a tough glossy film without buffing, but may be buffed if a higher gloss is desired.

 

DAILY CARE

  1. Keep surface dust and dirt to a minimum by dry mopping with a treated mop or cloth.

  2. For heavier soil, damp mop with a light solution of all purpose neutral cleaner.  Rinsing is not required unless floor is extremely dirty.

 

PATCHING

 

  1. As heavily trafficked areas will appear thin, damp mop with an all purpose cleaner.  Rinse and allow to dry.  Apply one coat to these areas only.

  2. SPRY-BUFF METHOD -- This formula lends itself especially well to patching, using the spray buff method.

  3. For maintenance of a high shine, floor can be rinsed with solutions of 1 part of finish to 2 parts of water after mopping or scrub bing.

 

CAUTION

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!

Do not take internally.  Avoid contact with skin.  If contact flush with water.  Use in well ventilated areas.  Do not get in eyes.  If contact occurs, flush with water for 15 minutes and call physician.
